"Booking" refers to the process of reserving a service through Aboin’s platform, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
"Cancellation Fee" refers to the charge applicable when a user cancels a booking within the designated timeframe, as determined by Aboin based on various factors.
"Refund" refers to the amount, if any, reimbursed to the user upon a valid cancellation, subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
"No-Show Fee" refers to the charge applied when a user fails to cancel a booking within the stipulated timeframe and does not avail of the confirmed service.
"User Data" refers to any personal information, including but not limited to names, contact details, and service preferences, collected by Aboin for the purpose of providing services.
"Intellectual Property" refers to all proprietary rights held by Aboin, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, platform content, branding materials, and any other protected assets.
"User-Generated Content" refers to any reviews, ratings, feedback, questions, or other content submitted by users on Aboin’s platform or affiliated services.
"Indemnification" refers to the user's obligation to compensate Aboin for any claims, damages, or losses arising from violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or third-party claims resulting from user actions.
"Termination" refers to the suspension, restriction, or revocation of a user’s access to Aboin’s services due to policy violations, legal requirements, or any other grounds specified in these Terms.

Hospital Coordination & Support Assistance with scheduling doctor consultations, managing hospital admissions, and coordinating follow-ups.
Diagnostic & Lab Test Management Booking lab tests, medical imaging services, and diagnostic screenings at certified facilities.
Personalized Health Assistance Arranging for trained medical professionals, such as nurses and caregivers, to assist with home-based care.
Emergency & Non-Emergency TransportationOrganizing cab services or ambulances for hospital visits, routine check-ups, and medical emergencies.

To access the services provided through ABOIN, users must create an account on the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and will be required to provide accurate details, including but not limited to their phone number and other necessary information.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided remains up-to-date. Any changes must be promptly updated on the platform.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account. Any unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach must be reported immediately.
All activities carried out through the user’s account, whether by the user or any other person with access, will be the responsibility of the account holder. ABOIN will not be held liable for any unauthorized use.
By creating an account, users consent to receiving notifications related to their services, payment reminders, service updates, special offers, and any relevant communication from ABOIN and its third-party partners.
This account will provide access to Medical Assistance, Elderly Care & Personal Assistance, and Property Maintenance services, ensuring a seamless experience designed to meet the user’s needs.
ABOIN operates as a facilitator, connecting users with third-party service (herein referred to as “third party”) providers but does not directly oversee or guarantee the quality, conduct, or outcomes of third party services.
Service providers ensures to maintain professionalism, honesty, and confidentiality while delivering their services.
Service providers ensures to complete assigned tasks within the agreed timelines and verify task completion through OTP authentication where necessary.
Service providers shall adhere to hygiene, safety, and industry standards across Medical Assistance, Elderly Care & Personal Assistance, and Property Maintenance services.
For Medical Assistance and Elderly Care, providers shall follow proper medical protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety guidelines limited to the scope of the service provider.
Service providers must take all necessary precautions to mitigate potential hazards and inform users of any risks associated with the service.
ABOIN is not liable for any actions, negligence, or misconduct of the third party. Aboin shall not be responsible for any injury, health issues, property damage, or financial losses arising due to the third party services. Any third party associated with Aboin shall be liable for ensuring a safe and ethical working environment for the user.
Users are expected to provide accurate and complete details about their service requirements, including specific needs related to medical assistance, elderly care, or land maintenance. Any false or misleading information may impact the quality of service and could result in cancellation. Payments for booked services must be made on time, as delays may lead to service interruptions or restrictions on future bookings.
Users must cooperate with third party or affiliates of Aboin by sharing necessary information and ensuring a smooth delivery of service.
Users must provide relevant health records for medical assistance.
Users must provide clear caregiver instructions for elderly care.
Users must provide property access details and highlight any specific requirements for land maintenance.
Aboin ensures to treat each user with dignity and respect, regardless of factors such as age, gender, caste, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Such that, User acknowledges that Discrimination, harassment, or refusal of services based on these factors is strictly prohibited towards Aboin or any third party.
Users must also ensure a safe and appropriate environment to Aboin or any third party to carry out their work towards medical and elderly care services, this means maintaining hygiene and accessibility. For land maintenance, it involves ensuring the site is free from avoidable hazards.
In instance where Aboin or Third party feels unsafe, are treated unfairly by the user or related person, or find the working conditions unsuitable, they have the right to refuse service to the User. Users who fail to provide a respectful or secure environment may be restricted from future bookings. Additionally, users must disclose any potential risks to Aboin or third party while visiting the property of the user that could impact the safety of Aboin or third party. This includes contagious illnesses for medical services, mobility or behavioral concerns for elderly care, and potential hazards like unstable structures for land maintenance.
Any mistreatment towards Aboin or third party or withholding of crucial information by User shall hold users liable for any harm or losses caused. ABOIN reserves the right to take appropriate action, including service suspension or termination, in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Payment Obligations
To confirm a booking, users must complete the payment in advance via the app. It is the user's responsibility to ensure sufficient balance in their wallet or linked payment methods before making a service request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policy.
Charges and Fees
For professional services booked through the platform, users are required to pay the amount displayed at the time of booking, along with applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply in cases where extra services are requested, professionals incur out-of-pocket expenses, or materials are purchased for service completion.
A convenience fee may be added to cover the cost of processing payments and facilitating bookings. The final amount payable might include other applicable charges such as safety fees, insurance costs, or service provider welfare fees.
Users will be informed of applicable charges, fees, and payment options before confirming a booking. Payments can typically be made through debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or other available methods. Certain payment options, such as cash on service completion, is not available.
Service charges are collected on behalf of the professionals providing the service. The platform acts as a limited collection agent to facilitate transactions and disburse payments.
All applicable taxes are included in the total charges and fees displayed.
The platform reserves the right to modify charges and fees at any time. However, any price revisions will not affect previously confirmed bookings.
Payments made for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified under applicable laws or company policies. If services are not delivered as promised, users may be eligible for a refund or other remedies as per the governing laws.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment processor. The platform holds no liability for errors or issues arising from the processing of payments. In case of failed transactions, refunds will be handled as per the payment processor’s policies.
Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel their booking before the professional arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply as per the platform’s cancellation policy. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the refund guidelines. The platform reserves the right to deduct applicable charges or taxes from the refund amount.
Subscription Plan
The platform may offer subscription-based plans that provide additional benefits, such as discounted services. These plans will be governed by separate terms and conditions, which will be deemed an extension of this agreement.
Additional Service Charges
If users request continued service from the same professional on holidays, leave days, or off days, additional charges will apply.
Any increase or decrease in service requirements due to changing circumstances will be reflected in the billing accordingly.
Users are responsible for costs associated with consumables used during service.
If users require staff to accompany them to different locations, transportation costs will be charged separately.
In case of any injury sustained by the service provider during the engagement, the user will be responsible for covering medical expenses.
If any equipment is provided by Aboin during the service, users must bear the associated costs. Additionally, users are expected to ensure the necessary conditions for the efficient use of such equipment.
Online Payment Security
The platform takes necessary precautions to ensure the security of online transactions. However, since payments are processed through third-party gateways, the platform does not store credit card details. Once a transaction is completed, payment details are not accessible to any party within the platform, ensuring maximum data security.
Liability Disclaimer
The platform is not responsible for any financial loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized disclosure of payment details, payment failures, or errors in online transactions. Users acknowledge that all payments are processed through third-party networks, and any discrepancies will be addressed as per the respective payment provider’s policies.
Users may cancel their booking within the designated time frame specified for each service category. The applicable cancellation window depends on the type of service and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund requests will only be considered if the cancellation is made before the service provider begins work. Once the service has commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Aboin may apply a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee will be determined based on factors such as the type of service, timing of cancellation, and any costs already incurred in preparation for the service.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after approval. The duration for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the payment method and banking policies.
If a user fails to cancel within the stipulated timeframe or does not avail the service after confirmation, no refund will be granted. In certain cases, a no-show fee may also be applied.
In cases where a service is undelivered due to a technical issue or an operational failure on Aboin’s part, users may either receive a full refund or have the service rescheduled without any additional charge.
If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or emergencies, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Personal details will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties unless explicitly permitted by the user or required by law. In cases where data sharing is necessary for service fulfillment, it will be done with trusted partners under strict confidentiality agreements.
Users have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of their personal data as per applicable legal guidelines. Any such request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Safeguarding account credentials, including login details and passwords, is entirely the user’s responsibility. Any unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or misuse of an account due to negligence in securing login information shall not be attributed to Aboin.
Aboin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, service disruptions, or inability to access the platform or any acts or actions of the third party. This applies regardless of whether such damages arise from system failures, operational delays, network errors, security breaches, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Any reliance on content, services, or third-party integrations available through Aboin is at the user’s sole discretion and risk. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or absolute security against external threats. Users acknowledge that any engagement with the platform is done at their own risk, and Aboin will not be liable for any resulting issues.
If users experience dissatisfaction with any aspect of Aboin’s platform, their sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the services.
In the event of system malfunctions, technical disruptions, or unexpected downtimes due to maintenance, cyber threats, or external factors beyond Aboin’s control, the company assumes no liability for delays, interruptions, or data losses.
